Cathy Steesy, Principal Broker and Owner, would like to reintroduce Mountain Vista Realty. After many wonderful years at Attitash Realty, the season is right for a change.
Cathy has lived and worked in the valley since 2001 with both engineering and real estate experience b beginning in 1985.
Mt. Vista Realty specializes in residential (single-family, condos, and manufactured homes) sales, working with buyers and sellers for primary homes and vacation getaways.
She is familiar with the luxury home market as well as short-term rentals. She takes continuing education courses regularly and archived her Brokers license in 2005. She is a member of the White Mountain Board of Realtors, the New Hampshire Realtor Association, and the National Realtor Association.
She has experience with first-time home buyers, vacation home/condo buyers and sellers, NH Housing programs, HUD financing, rentals, short sales, and foreclosures.
Cathy and her husband, Scott moved to the Mt, Washington Valley to enjoy the quality of life offered in this mountainous wonderland. They attend and are active at Journey Church in Conway. They have raised their children, but they still enjoy skiing, hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking, photography, and watching the seasons change.
