Cathy has lived and worked in the valley since 2001 with both engineering and real estate experience b beginning in 1985.
Mt. Vista Realty specializes in residential (single-family, condos, and manufactured homes) sales, working with buyers and sellers for primary homes and vacation getaways.
She is familiar with the luxury home market as well as short-term rentals. She takes continuing education courses regularly and archived her Brokers license in 2005. She is a member of the White Mountain Board of Realtors, the New Hampshire Realtor Association, and the National Realtor Association.
She has experience with first time home buyers, vacation home/condo buyers and sellers, NH Housing programs, HUD financing, rentals, short sales, and foreclosures.
